Here is how :
Provide chemical process engineering knowledge for new product implementation, capital projects and manufacturing support projects.
Support of internal and external productions (Tollers)
Contribute to the solid expansion of formulation manufacturing processes, from the laboratory to large-scale manufacturing.
Contribute to capacity gains and process improvement.
Support the introduction of new products in the plant.
Control chemical and physical processes by defining KPIs, standards and sampling systems
Develop processes to manufacture plant protection products through research, testing and simulation of processes and products
Design of technical systems and equipment
Prepare technical documentation of all projects, processes, systems and equipment developed
Identify opportunities for process improvement, with the aim of increasing productivity, ergonomics and improving product, waste and people flows
Work according to Syngenta standards of HSE and Quality
Writes instructions and procedures for the manufacturing processes
Strictly applies safe work systems in the daily operation, maintenance and management of changes in chemical processes
Learns about risk assessment principles and practices and understands the safety basis for processing operations
Is familiarized with unit process operations and flows within manufacturing processes.
Able to apply the mass and heat balance to the manufacturing processes and quantitatively analyze the performance of the equipment
Understands the main factors influencing product performance and quality
Performs factory testing to optimize process performance
Performs basic defect detection for standard production equipment and unit operations
Includes production and maintenance planning and cost processes
Aware of the potential problems that may arise during commissioning.
Practical experience gained in commissioning procedures and best practices.

It is essential for this position :
Professionals graduated from Process Engineering, Production Engineering or Chemical Engineering careers
Fluent English command
Advanced Spanish command
At least 3 to 4 years of specific experience in similar roles
Previous experience in any of these industries : agrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, consumer goods (bleach, detergent, soap)
Experience in chemical or agrochemical production processes
Knowledge of TFPP Finished Product Processing Technology
Advanced domain of Microsoft Office suite
Proactivity and autonomy

Very good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
