POSITION SUMMARYPall Corporation is seeking a hardworking and multifaceted individual to fill the position of Service Inside Sales in LATAM.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization. This position will be supporting field service engineers and leaders to retain and grow the commercial service business in LATAM.
The Service Inside Sales Representative role is part of Pall's Service and Support organization and reports to the Manager of LATAM Service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES+ Drive improvement in service contract business including timeliness of renewals, warranty conversion, and selling new services.
Serve as a point of contact to customers, sales, engineers and supplier with the objective of retaining growing business.
Work closely with Service Management and supplier to find opportunities, provide leads, and add service agreements. Provide leads to Service Management and Outside Service Sales by demonstrating customer purchasing trends on service / supplies / parts.
Great Teammate.+ Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office skills - specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint+ Ability to comfortably communicate and interact with Customers and Team members+ Self-starter that can work independently and take action with a focus on continuous improvement+ Results oriented - able to clearly separate effort from results.
Must possess the ability to quickly capture data, identify trends / issues, clearly communicate next steps and aggressively follow-up to ensure that opportunities are closed.
