POSITION SUMMARYPall Corporation is seeking a hardworking and multifaceted individual to fill the position of Service Inside Sales in LATAM.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing organization. This position will be supporting field service engineers and leaders to retain and grow the commercial service business in LATAM.

The Service Inside Sales Representative role is part of Pall's Service and Support organization and reports to the Manager of LATAM Service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES+ Drive improvement in service contract business including timeliness of renewals, warranty conversion, and selling new services.

Serve as a point of contact to customers, sales, engineers and supplier with the objective of retaining growing business.

  • As vital, provide customers with all necessary information in order to facilitate the service agreement transactions.+ Direct sales of contracts, including pricing and proposals.
  • Work closely with Service Management and supplier to find opportunities, provide leads, and add service agreements. Provide leads to Service Management and Outside Service Sales by demonstrating customer purchasing trends on service / supplies / parts.

  • Service campaign development - find opportunities for inbound and outbound campaigns, early renewal incentive programs, customer dedication programs, etc.
  • Contact and convert customers to supplemental warranties upon labor warranty expiration. Developing materials for use by Field Service Engineers to facilitate an increase in supplemental warranties.
  • Develop process and materials for converting customers from supplemental warranty to full-service maintenance agreements.
  • Proposal generation for new and existing customers.+ Process service agreements and one-time service billings.+ Assist customers with inquiries or issues concerning their contracts and billings.
  • Timely follow up and feedback provided for all customer issues.+ Maintain effective communication with customers, sales and service to ensure accurate billing and contract renewal.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Finance on contract term negotiations.+ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assigned specific offline projects and daily operations activities.KEY COMPETENCIES+ Strong communication, interpersonal, listening, and eye for business skills.
  • Great Teammate.+ Strong PC skills, Microsoft Office skills - specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint+ Ability to comfortably communicate and interact with Customers and Team members+ Self-starter that can work independently and take action with a focus on continuous improvement+ Results oriented - able to clearly separate effort from results.

    Must possess the ability to quickly capture data, identify trends / issues, clearly communicate next steps and aggressively follow-up to ensure that opportunities are closed.

  • Must be self-driven and willing to take the initiative to respond to and / or address challenging situations.+ Willingness to tackle new tasks and learn new processes and systemsQUALIFICATIONS : + Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Prior inside sales or customer service experience or sales, required.+ PC skills (Microsoft Office in particular) required.
  • Basic understanding of revenue, profit, and margin, required.+ Strong interpersonal communication, required.+ Languages : Portuguese (required), Spanish (required), English (is a plus).
  • Previous experience working in SFDC, Service Max, or C4C is a plus.+ Experience communicating value propositions is a plus+ Experience using customer database and selling tools is a plus.
