What the role is
The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring an optimal promotion, distribution and revenue generation of all products available at the specific Selina location.
What you will be doing
Responsible for all Explore revenue and profit : Wellness, Tours and Transportation, Rentals, Retail, Surf and Education Responsible for training all location staff on how to better sell and promote Explore products Responsible for ensuring Explore promotional sales content is spread adequately around the location areas (Reception, Selina Home, Selina Playground, Selina CoWok property hallways, mood boards, elevators, rooms, partner transportation vehicles, etc.
Responsible for establishing the optimal commission structure for the front line team Create local level packages based on special events and local experiences offered (lead the collaboration with country and global level sales teams) Responsible for ensuring all the location team is appropriately using Rezdy and Winks (must check systems minimum 5 times a day) Close local level deals for groups and packages (corporate offsites, student groups, etc.
with the help of country and global teams when needed Responsible for achieving all Explore sales targets Sourcing new tour products and destinations to meet consumer demands.
Manage the sale & marketing process for all activities in your location Visit new local destinations in order to gain information on issues and amenities of interest to consumers.
Dealing with customer enquiries and aiming to meet their expectations. What you need for the role
