CPGs Operations Manager is a very important function inside Rappi, being responsible for every aspect of our CPGs consumer journey - from the moment they browse the app to the moment they receive their product.
In order to accomplish that task efficiently, we need to work smart. We have a relentless focus on using empirical approaches to make decisions in an informed, rational manner, and on producing automated, scalable solutions.
Be responsible for managing, building and optimizing CPGs operations at Rappi
Provide the best possible experience for our strategic allies (Supermarkets, Pharma, Liquors, Express, Specialized), making Rappi the delivery app-of-choice to partner with.
Ensure OKRs and SLAs are consistently achieved.
Proactively identify and propose solutions to operational issues.
Create analyses to generate actionable insights.
Drive the transformation of insights into real-life solutions.
Work in partnership with our Commercial, Tech, and Data teams to solve problems.
4+ years of work experience in consulting firm, startup or big tech company
A deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow
Experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a highly-dynamic and constantly-changing environment
Demonstrated analytical capabilities
Exceptional business judgment and critical thinking
Strong project management experience
Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way
Advanced Excel skills
SQL skills or desire to learn
Experience working in tech-ops environments
Experience leading and developing a high-performing team
Fluency in English
