Sustainability Services Business Operations Specialist Job Specifications Sustainability ServicesThe Sustainability Services Business Operations team will help drive the strategy and growth agendas for the global sustainability services network.

The team will be responsible for managing internal programs and information / insight flows, providing leverage for the leadership team and driving Accenture's Sustainable Value Promise.

As part of the team, the Sustainability Services Business Ops Specialist will drive execution across key programs and activities enabling the business to achieve its goals.

  • Responsibilities may include but not limited to : + Sustainability Services & Sustainability by Design strategic planning and execution+ Build the community of practice across the network in partnership with marketing, offering development, human resources and capability development+ Work together with HR on the Talent strategy and execution;
  • skills update program (including identification of resources with sustainability skills across Accenture to make part of our community and practice)+ Create / run reports to support leads in the new operational focus to enable proper business management.

  • Budget management with finance; Sustainability Pro Bono Management and MD&I + Identification of current Sustainability deals across the patch to accurately reflect E2E performance in the systems.
  • Set up MMS Campaigns as needed.+ Support Sustainability on the Pricing agenda driving the Pipeline Management process with the objective to continue improving pricing+ Support & coordinate materials for Leadership meetings, help in the development of Business review documents, analysis and information Skills & Work Experience Educational Level : Bachelor s Degree Preferred Qualifications + The candidate must have a passion and willingness to help Accenture and our clients drive the sustainability agenda + Understanding of Accenture's organization and reporting structure under the NGGM + Experience in change management, behaviour change, sales processes, sales methodologies, sales improvement programs + Demonstrated capability to drive / execute multiple initiatives individually and with a team with minimal supervision and guidance + Comfortable as end user of related operations tools / systems (MMS, MMB, etc.

  • Professional Skills : + Strong project and organization management skills + Demonstrated confidence in working with executives + Ability to work in a highly collaborative, influence-based model + Leadership and strategic thinking skills + Excellent oral and written communications skills + Self-driven, organized, structured + Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • prioritizes and plans work activities independently + Analytical skills; collects, researches and interprets data + Strong collaboration, facilitation and team-building skills
