Responsibilities : Leadership Leverage · Provides leverage to the Industry Network Leaders so they can stay focused on : 1.

Making the strategic decisions needed to guide the practice 2. Spending time with our people, and 3. Devoting more time in the market Manage the Strategy · Works with the Industry Network Leaders to define the Industry Network Program, and manages to realize the strategy · Manages the governance forums with Industry Network Security Global and Market Leads needed to ensure execution of the strategy and progress towards plan - agenda design, coordinating speakers and content, documenting identified actions for leadership team meetings, business reviews, town hall calls, etc.

  • Drive Growth · Measure and analyzes Program Progress and milestones and business performance to alert leaders to critical issues, defines the action plans (interventions) necessary to address the issues, and measure effectiveness · Maintains heat map of Security progress across the Industries, including Communities, Campaigns, Integration at Global & Market Level, Talent Strategy, etc.
  • to facilitate and measure progress · Support leaders' understanding of pipeline including key must-win opps and projected revenue landing position vs target.

  • Facilitate sales campaign activities / targeted pipeline growth initiatives, industry input into Security account prioritization Understanding the Business · Leverages the firm's and Security's standard reporting tools to bring our key business metrics together in an integrated manner across all reporting domains (Revenue GiLC , Pipeline) · Executes upon ad hoc analysis requests from Global Industry Network Program Leader seeking more information about Accenture Security · Work with the off-shore team for data analysis, reporting and research · Practice Enablement · Resolve ad hoc issues that arise regularly - act as go-to person for Security Industry Leaders when they run into Accenture process / data issues · Support coordination with other internal function groups (legal, alliances, quality, learning & talent development, marketing, human resources, offering development, etc.
  • Work with the Tech and S&C Bus Ops Counterparts to connect into existing Industry Network Programs · Centralized MD&I planning and management for program, including scoping centralized estimates and guidelines for the Industry Leads to follow · Providing Program Guidelines and Best Practices for consistency · Ensure global deployed industry leaders are meeting sales and productivity targets Basic Qualifications : · Minimum 5 years experience at Accenture or Consultancy · Minimum 2 years of project / program management, and executive communications Preferred Skills : · Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple demands · Strategic thinking · Project management / organizational skills · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills · Knowledge of Accenture business processes and procedures · Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment and / or with little direction · Experience with Accenture financial processes · Process design & improvement experience · Strong data analysis capabilities · Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skills · Coordinating and directing off-shore teams · Working in a global environment with strong personalities · Working cross Accenture Services - Tech, Ops, S&C
