You can be at the center of this exciting period in our company’s history by joining our P&C Team.As a Total Rewards Specialist you will be part of our People & Culture Operations team to maximize our employees' working experience by ensuring that employees are compensated at an optimum level, aligned with our strategy and externally bold.
You will conduct analysis; create tools and most importantly you will be a critical part of ensuring a successful delivery of our Total Rewards programs along the countries where we operate throughout America.
ABOUT YOUR JOBYou will work closely and guide other teams across the People & Culture department to implement the Total Rewards programs.
You will enable the merit increase process to ensure a pay for performance practice.You will consolidate our Total Rewards data and prepare salary survey submissions in order to benchmark against the external market.
You will dive into market data to ensure that our salary and benefit offer is aligned to our goals and company strategies.
You will evaluate our existing Total Rewards offer and find opportunities to reward our most valuable assets :
our people.You will propose the annual salary plan and salary structures based on the internal and external realityYou will build and evolve compensation and benefit digital toolsYou will impulse the journey together with other P&C members towards the acquirement of certifications :
