The Digital HR team requires a self-motivated and highly analytical person to govern, trouble-shoot and configure global HR business processes and validation rules in Workday.
This successful candidate will demonstrate a technical aptitude and the ability to learn quickly. Ideally the candidate would have some exposure to Workday however, training will be provided.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Configures multiple aspects of Workday functionality which may include headcount planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance and development assessments, and learning.
Will be developed to understand Workday security domains and how to maintain security on Workday business processes.
Works on support tickets and enhancements to existing Workday functionality.
Follows change control process to document requirements, test changes, and obtain sign-off before making changes in a live / production environment.

Basic Qualifications :
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, MIS or related field
3 - 5 years of relevant IT HR experience and preferably with 1+ years of Workday configuration.
