What you’ll do

The CX Ecosystem Development Leads (EDL’s) ensure that the MU’s & Regional partner management resources receive support to generate SAP CX business impact with the broader SAP Ecosystem.

The CX EDL will provide CX-Focused support for SAP’s Intelligent Enterprise Reseller Partners to ensure they are leveraging a structured business plan that includes marketing and business development activity, Qualified Partner Packaged Solutions, target account mapping and joint GTM initiatives.

Managing up to 4 ultra high touch Cross Regional CX Focus partners for the EDL's designated region or country alignment.

The EDL’s will support existing CX partners to develop cross-LOB initiatives as well as helping partners without CX capabilities to develop intelligent enterprise strategies that incorporate CX into their business planning.

The primary outcome will be to develop new pipeline opportunities with either existing CX sell-authorized partners or through the activation of dormant partners (those that have not sourced an opportunity in the previous year) and expanding the sourcing of new CX business with partners that presently do not have a CX sell authorisation.
