The opportunity

Assist the Service Management and Program Improvement team to design and improve processes and workflows to enhance the delivery of InfoSec services to the rest of the business.

This will include maintaining all InfoSec processes including publication, intake, metrics, customer feedback, reporting, and lifecycle management.

You will coordinate program initiatives and work with a team of energetic people to socialize and build awareness around the value provided to our customers and the firm.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage individual projects related to process improvements, implementing leading methodologies where applicable
  • Perform analysis to define the requirements needed to support the delivery of a process or workflow
  • Support the design of processes or workflows to support the requirements.
  • Support the delivery (publication, education) of process or workflow improvements to the Information Security organization.
  • Contribute to the capture and review of Key Performance Indicators, including customer satisfaction and engagement, to drive process improvements.
  • Manage process inventory to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop and recommend leading practices and process improvements that focus on enhancing the customer experience.

  • Good interpersonal, communication, consultative, collaboration, and relationship leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and succeed on multiple assignments simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of process engineering concepts and methods.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field of study.
  • Prior experience with developing ServiceNow IT service workflows
  • Familiarity with Information Security functions and domains.
  • Familiar with process related industry leading practices (CMMI, BPMN, ITIL).
  • Familiarity building out process dashboards and / or scorecards.
  • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Understanding of Lean IT and Six Sigma improvement methodologies.
  • General knowledge of project management concepts and practices.
  • Experience with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerBI and Visio.
