Aspects of the role
Design, control, and manage the technical process and operational integrity of technological services provided.
Assure the accomplishment of service agreements
Initiate and lead regular Account Reviews.
Provide advisory and guidance on issues related to technical and managerial operations.
Ensure the provision of technical equipment and materials required for operations.
Define and communicate action plans if an SLA is not fulfilled.
Maintain fluid contact with the client's stakeholders, keeping a communication and feedback channel open.
Define strategic and tactical objectives for the team, aligned with client objectives and strategy.
Work with the Leads in the creation of opportunities for internal movements of resources, career paths, and staffing.
Define and report on KPIs and team’s objectives.
Communication skills are going to be highly appreciated & fluent english is a must as we are a global company with people all over the world.

Expertise you will bring in :
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or in other related field.
Specific Knowledge :
Advanced English level
