  • Focus on the design, planning, implementation and administration of the organization's Total Rewards programs, policies, and procedures that will include compensation, benefits, short and long-term incentives for the countries of Region South (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay) and Region North (Colombia, Central America & Caribbean) in Latin America.
  • Responsibilities include understanding the goals of the business, managing timelines needed to deliver results for the business, and a thorough understanding of impacts, issues and requirements for all Rewards initiatives, as well as making sure programs enhance the organization's ability to recruit and retain employees.

    Manages and leads identified Total Rewards projects and initiatives, aligned to global guidelines and principles, being the main objective of this role to lead, drive and implement the integration project of Allergan merger in those regions.

    Scope LATAM - Region South & Region North Clusters Can be based in Argentina or Colombia Type of Contract : Fixed Term (1 year) with possible extension depending on the project progress Report to Area Leader Total Rewards LATAM Individual contributor role Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Allergan Integration Project for Argentina, Chile and Colombia which involves the design; delivery of Rewards programs / initiatives (Compensation & Benefits) including analysis and recommendation proposals, cost analysis and impact, initial product launch and communications, closely managing the relationship with the business through both HR operations and human resources, and also relationship with external partners, following global guidelines.
  • Engage with business HR and leaders to develop Rewards solutions via stakeholder and project management, as well as provide advice and communication on Rewards programs to business management, human resources and employees.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with leading Rewards practitioners and consultants on best practice approaches, trends and strategies;
  • act as primary broker with external consultants.

  • Lead the relationship with different stakeholders, such as HR, Finance, Legal, HR Corporate Functions in a highly complex matrixed organization, to make sure our programs are delivered effectively according to the affiliates needs.
  • Provides technical expertise and support for Rewards programs administration and communication, including job grading, compensation planning, short and long-term incentive programs.
  • Serve as Project Manager for defining business requirements for Rewards projects and ensure service level agreements are met with delivery standards in compliance with the agreement. Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree with 6-8 years experience in HR and Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Post-graduate business degree will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in program and project management. Previous experience in Merge & Acquisition Total Rewards harmonization project is a plus
  • Cultural skills understands business issues and cultural differences and applies that knowledge to compensation & benefits design and processes.
  • Ability to drive for results and achieve goals through direct / indirect influence.
  • Self-directed and able to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical and diagnostic problem solving skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Thorough understanding of compensation & benefit budgets and funding requirements. Demonstrated understanding of business cycles and needs.
