The position of Onboarding Administrative Assistant is a part of the International HR Department. The main functions of the role are to provide support with the onboarding of the new hires on a global level.
Onboarding Administrative Assistant will be a point of contact in between candidates, recruiters and HR team members.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Setting up new hires in the HRIS system
Requesting necessary documents / paperwork to be completed from the candidates offered positions in different locations of TransPerfect
Requesting and administering background and / or medical check if applicable
Owning the onboarding process and making sure that all the steps are completed on time
Providing support with drafting Offer Letters / Contracts when necessary
Responding to the onboarding related queries from the candidates
Providing general administrative / HR related support
Performing other special projects or duties when required
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES :
Some administrative experience; preferably within HR / recruitment oriented function
Great organizational skills and attention to details
Ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and to collaborate with teams based globally
Preferably some HR related experience or interest in that field
Fluency in English
Working knowledge of MS Office
Ideally some prior experience with HRIS tools
