Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to :

Carrying out general activities to support the execution of sales activities with the Key Account Manager.

You are responsible for :

  • Carrying out general activities to support the execution of sales processes, tasks, projects
  • Respond to external / internal requests for information
  • Introduces new Sales supporting process activities.
  • Performs, as a specialized worker, assignments that require consultation of specialists to get a clear view on what has to be delivered.
  • Decides on the desirability of using and making (administrative) tools.
  • Sets priorities for own work and co-workers.
  • Analysis and follow up of commercial actions
  • Creating reports of sell-in and sell-out
  • Insert and follow up sales orders of the different clients
  • Analyse current accounts.
  • Act as a right hand for the Account Managers
  • To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience :

    Bachelor Degree or Advanced student of the following careers : Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial or related careers.

    Experience at least two years in similar positions, working closely with sales giving support and contact with clients.

    Advanced in excel.

    Good analytical skills.

    Set priorities and give relevant inputs to the KAMs.

    SAP Experience is a big plus.

    Your team

    Based in Buenos Aires will act as a Sales Support for Philip’s Personal Health. This position will give support to the KAMs.
