Key Role Accountabilities :

Strategy & Execution

In joint partnership with World Wide Commercialization teams, Intercon Strategy & Ops.,General Managers and market roles, the Strategy and Commercialization Excellence Lead is accountable for :

  • Designing and implementing new innovative business models and commercialization solutions across LATAM. Sharing learnings with the LATAM, Intercontinental region, the World Wide Commercialization teams and the other markets.
  • Drive specifically identified transformational and growth projects across LATAM.
  • Shaping the products for competitive profile that achieves pricing, reimbursement, access and penetration for favorable shareholder return by developing target product profile and creating economic value dossier
  • Overseeing the Product Development and Commercialization (PD&C) plan for the selected asset and the achievement of key milestones
  • Lead the Long Term Business Plan process in coordination with the LATAM GM, Finance Director and the General Managers
  • Prepare and coordinate all the Business Reviews with the LATAM Markets and the Intercon SMT
  • Build the LATAM strategy for all Brand prior to T 12 in coordination with the Worldwide and Intercon Teams
  • Work closely with the Medical, regulatory, access and R&D teams in order to improve approval dates of the New portfolio
  • Guide the local teams on the Speed to Market and Launch executions plans for all brands moving to T - 12
  • Organize launch readiness reviews for brands ranging from T 12 to T + 6
  • Collaborate and contribute actively on the Strats & Ops committee of INTERCON
  • Represents LATAM at any relevant Inter-exchange meeting organized by the WW teams for Brands at T 12 to T + 6 stage
  • Leadership & Matrix Alignment

  • Liaise with markets to ensure adequate Go-to-Market resources
  • Creating Value Propositions that are relevant to customers and maximizes access
  • Oversees relevant sub-teams and ensures clear goals and performance standards are in place, provides feedback and coaching, and holds sub-team members accountable for key deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Building and managing relationships with internal stakeholders to streamline Global to Market commercialization processes (i.
  • e., WWC, WWCO, Markets and Matrix partners).

  • Managing integration points and outbound / inbound communications with key stakeholders across all BMS functional and market areas to ensure alignment and minimize risk
  • Building and managing relationships with external stakeholders (Strategic alliance partners)
