POSITION SUMMARY : As a Project / Program Management Analyst, you will engage on multiple projects thru its different stages and interacting with different areas within the company.
The Project / Program Management Analyst is integral member of the Business Operations Team within the Caribbean and Latin America Region (CLA) whose main objectives are to drive service excellence, assuring a superior customer experience while focusing on maximizing operational efficiency.
This is to be accomplished through smart analysis of data to understand the gaps between where we are and where we want to be.
To then involve and inspire people, execute projects, action plans, and promoting disruptive innovation that enables the necessary transformation to position ourselves at the next level.
POSITION DESCRIPTION AND KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY : Data Analysis Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to then define and present recommendations for business decisions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS : Technical / Vocational certification 3-5 years of related experience Experience in application of process improvement methods and tools such as reengineering, structured problem solving, change management, and program management is an asset Must know how to provide leadership among peers and higher level managers and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills Analytical Skills to work with large amounts of data : facts, figures, and number crunching.

You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas. Critical Thinking to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
