Global Identity & Access Management Operations (GIAM) team manages access for all JPMC Platforms, Database and Applications.

This position will be with the Operations team whose responsibility includes implementing and administering access for all JPMC platforms (i.

e. Wintel, Unix, Mainframe, Midrange, Database SQL, Oracle, Sybase, DB2) and applications. Responsibilities include :

Responsibilities :

  • Provision user logical access to organization resources in business applications, according to pre-set of system rules and policies
  • Understanding of internal processes, procedures and IT control policies
  • Perform security and change control related tasks in compliance with the Information Technology Control Policies, standard operating procedures and reference documentation
  • Appropriately highlight any potential risk concerns identified, escalating to management as appropriate.
  • Identify continuous improvement to streamline the process of producing quality and timely outputs in meeting service level expectancy
  • Respond to Service Manager incidents and ensure tickets are completed within the firm’s documented SLAs for priority / severity impacts
  • Shifts / Oncall / weekend support will be required and will be explicitly communicated and agreed
  • Communicate with global peers across GIAM focusing on service delivery improvements
  • Develop and maintain good rapport with lines of business. Ensure communication is customer-focused and professional
  • Progress personal objectives, as agreed with your manager, within the documented time scales
  • Help manage any adhoc compliance and security related projects as required
  • Education & Experience :

  • Understanding of Risk Management, Operations or similar discipline preferred
  • 1-5 years’ experience in security administration, global operations and / or technology risk management
  • Availability to work in one of our 2 shifts :
  • oTuesday to Saturday, from 12PM to 9PM

    oSunday to Thursday, from 7AM to 4PM

  • Familiarity with IT risk management framework and control self-assessment process will be an added advantage
  • ACF2 Security software / SQL / Oracle / Sybase Database administration will be an added advantage
