For our Consulting Services BU in Buenos Aires we are currently looking for a first-rate, talented candidate with a passion for life sciences and prior experience in a management consulting or life sciences-related industry role.

We seek to employ individuals who demonstrate a combination of academic achievements and performance with the ability to manage and excel at analytically and organizationally complex issues.

  • The search is oriented to professionals with business field knowledge. Candidates with an honest and clear customer service orientation, willing to transfer their knowledge and skills to our clients;
  • who enjoy challenges which require original solutions.

    As an engagement manager in IQVIA, you will manage multiple consulting projects of varying complexity and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for clients.

    Combining your skills with our proprietary tools and expertise, it is expected for you to provide big and sustainable results for our clients.

    Your role will also contribute to new business development, as well as maintaining and strengthening our client base.

    Main responsibilities of your role will include :

  • Management of a talented team of consultants, including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of solutions to different client issues.
  • Contribute to the business development, through proposal preparation and / or modifications including overall bid integrity.
  • Development of new business opportunities once projects objectives are achieved, through the identification of follow-on needs within our clients that derive in new leads.
  • Proactively continue to strengthen subject matter expertise through on-the-job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing.
  • Proactively mentoring, coaching and sharing subject matter expertise with collaborators and clients to elevate our capabilities to deliver world-class solutions.

    We are seeking for candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering or Sciences with postgraduate studies on Business Administration, and prior experience of at least 3-5 years in similar PM roles.

    Required skills include advanced level of English language, business acumen, strategic thinking and strong verbal and written communication skills that allow to present and defend own and team’s work to senior leadership.

    Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to garner influence, establish effective collaboration and leadership talents will be most welcome.

    The process will consist of :

    1. a written English test

    2. a logical reasoning test

    3. a case resolution
