We are looking for :
A person who has experience supporting Managing Director C-Level Executives. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
A person who serves as the primary point of contact on all matters pertaining to the MD including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
A person who works closely with the MD to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Act as a "barometer", having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the MD updated.
On any given day you might
Provide complex calendar management to ensure the MD s schedule is followed and respected.
Handle all MD s travel arrangements in alignment with R / GA travel policies and procedures.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and assist with special research assignments.
Process business related expenses.
Liaise with Executive Assistants in other offices / locations on projects and tasks.
Coordinate all Executive Team meetings and retreats (and assist with staff meetings and events as needed).
Anticipates executive and agency needs.
Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Exercises good judgment, tact, and patience in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent planning and organizational skills, and a strong attention to detail.
Has outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Personal requests, in extraordinary circumstances, required by the Executive.

Strong work tenure : 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, Senior Executives, Staff and Clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office and Google suite.
Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
Experience in presentations design is a plus.
