About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to be a part of our growing Supply Chain Services Engineering team! Your objective will be to design, implement, and scale systems to manage our entire Product Catalog including product data, product reviews and comments from our users.
The solutions you deliver will have to accommodate current BFA’s brands’ domestic distributed operation as well as future international operations in a multitenant and multilocale way.

What You’ll Be Doing :
Implementing features on different systems in Java utilizing Spring Boot
Enhancing systems and processes to provide a single source of truth for all products across all BFA
Assist in design and architecture decisions for the systems
Work in a collaborative team environment
What We are Looking For :
Worked diligently coding in Java
Strong knowledge of Spring or other similar inversion of control frameworks
Experience scaling large web applications and maintaining high availability services
Familiar with databases : schema design, queries, performance
A creative and precise problem solver
Passionately worked on and driven large scale projects to completion
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Nice to Have :
Working experience with Ruby (preferably), Python or any other dynamic programming language
Experience with AWS is highly desirable
Knowledge or experience of E-Commerce systems, Product Information Management (PIM) solutions
Working experience with ElasticSearch
Familiar with third-party backend API integrations
