Assist Integration Client Specialist in all matters relating to new and existing shop DRP program set-up

Complete new Direct Repair Program requests from Insurance Clients for existing shops

Communicate current status and pending items on a regular basis to ensure timely completion of all new Direct Repair Program requests

Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather Company / Shop information

Conduct monthly reviews of shop information to notify Direct Repair Program Clients of pertinent changes

Assist with ensuring all shops and employees maintain certifications required in existing Direct Repair Program agreements

Provide renewed business documents to Direct Repair Program Clients prior to expiration

Analyze for root cause analysis and provide input for necessary process change(s)

Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be found in various functional areas

Complete other duties as assigned by management
