The Role

At CenturyLink we are seeking for a Lead HR Analyst to join our One Office program.

We are looking for a Human Resources bachelor with 4 / 5 years experience in Change Management and soft skills.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Understanding and giving support on the analysis of change impacts;
  • Work on organizational design as a result of the impacts detected by the implementation of new processes and systems, defining new roles with their tasks and responsibilities;
  • Work with management teams to implement and communicate the new organization and roles;
  • Identify and update audiences impacted by roll-out taking into account current vs. future roles;
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of communication actions;
  • Collaborate in the didactic design of training materials;
  • Collaborate in the follow-up of the change plan and in the monitoring of risks and issues.
