About the Role :

As a Customer Care Representative, your responsibilities will include handling sensitive member interactions, proposing creative solutions, and establishing rapport with our engaged community.

You will be scheduled for 4 shifts (10 am-7 pm GMT) and 1 flexible work from home weekend shift per week!
