About the Role
The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional, with solid experience across online and offline channels, building and executing holistic awareness and acquisition strategies.
This person will work closely with many cross-functional teams to successfully open new markets & buildings as well as support existing buildings in Argentina.
In addition he / she will launch some of WeWork’s new products and lead initiatives for growing member segments. The right candidate is a creative problem solver, insights / research driven, has a good grasp on how to localize a global brand / product, and has a proven track record of managing a successful team.

Oversee day-to-day responsibilities of marketing plan execution to support all Argentina territories in close collaboration with Marketing Leads and key regional counterparts (Digital Acquisition, Automation, Sales, Public Affairs and GMs).
Manage marketing plan process : ideation, strategy and data analysis to make informed decisions.
Work with Marketing team to understand full market landscape and nuances of each territory, including : target audiences, competitors, key organizations / influencers, local media.
Act as key POC to cultivate relationships with local stakeholders inclusive of GM, Community Directors, Sales Managers, NMD.
Lead all aspects of adopting global and regional campaigns to local markets. Including co-planning / integrated briefings with cross-
functional teams : Member Experience, Public Affairs, MLB / Broker / Enterprise.
Evangelizing / educating the GMs on the collective sales and marketing plans. Keep constant communication with Marketing Director on KPIs, budget, and forecasting.
Tailor creative and communication to fit with the market / target strategy / industry indexing across advertising assets and sales collateral.
Responsible for developing reporting : YTD monthly building progress, monthly spend tracking, recaps on initiatives rolled out
Serve as primary point of contact for all Marketing team projects, processes, requirements and reports. Serve as the liaison for all cross-
functional and cross-region team needs.
Manage multiple projects at a time, prioritizing workload to ensure project timelines are met.
Manage, grow, and mentor direct reports.
Bachelor’s Degree required
7+ years’ marketing experience in a high growth company (prior experience launching new businesses / new markets is a plus)
Management of at least 2-3 individuals
Results driven with an ability to execute independently
Proven ability to work across multiple teams and functions
Strong work ethic and ability to solve problems quickly
