As a Project / Program Management Analyst, you will engage on multiple projects thru its different stages and interacting with different areas within the company.

The Project / Program Management Analyst is integral member of the Business Operations Team within the Caribbean and Latin America Region (CLA) whose main objectives are to drive service excellence, assuring a superior customer experience while focusing on maximizing operational efficiency.

This is to be accomplished through smart analysis of data to understand the gaps between where we are and where we want to be.

To then involve and inspire people, execute projects, action plans, and promoting disruptive innovation that enables the necessary transformation to position ourselves at the next level.


Data Analysis

  • Responsible for collecting and analyzing data to then define and present recommendations for business decisions.
  • Proactively take data and use it to understand and identify risks, trends, and business opportunities.
  • Process Improvement and transformation

  • Conduct requirements gathering; and document business requirement in a clear, complete, and concise manner. Ensure that business requirements are aligned to business goals and priorities
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities, and work across internal areas to anticipate future needs involving changes and transformations to operational processes.
  • Fill the role of business analyst on projects and initiatives by conducting analysis, planning, and execution activities around technology and process changes Identify, diagnose, and direct resolution on a wide range of IT issues, and when necessary act as a point of escalation
  • Operational Efficiency

  • Position accountable for ensuring the successful design, development and deployment of global service processes and related infrastructure
  • Position impacts the business by building new service capabilities and / or improving operational efficiency
  • Position responsible for being subject-matter experts regarding the processes / infrastructure for which they are responsible and are key contributors during development and deployment;
  • In addition to planning and budgeting, position often leads and manages the overall realization effort

  • Presents and gains agreement for problem isolation, solution creation and implementation plans; Isolates standard problems
  • Forms project team, facilitates project binder content, conducts project team meetings, owns meeting minutes and risk / issue documentation and resolution
  • Analyzes, designs, and develops well-defined methods and procedures for service related activities.

  • Technical / Vocational certification
  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Experience in application of process improvement methods and tools such as reengineering, structured problem solving, change management, and program management is an asset
  • Must know how to provide leadership among peers and higher level managers and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical Skills to work with large amounts of data : facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical-related discipline; such as Business Administration or Information Technology
  • Communication Skills to present findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
  • Critical Thinking to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
  • Attention to Detail to make sure they are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
  • Math Skills needed to estimate numerical data.
