As a critical member of a high-performing and driven web team, you will lead digital acquisition channels and improvements across our web properties by developing strategies and partnering with a cross-functional group to execute.

The ideal candidate understands all digital channels, primarily, SEM, display, paid social, email and push, working with the various channel teams to apply experiences to web-specific customers that improves their experience and maximizes business value.

You will assist the broader Growth team to optimize across the different stages of the funnel.An ideal candidate excels at fostering consensus among stakeholders, project managing, generating ideas, and communicating your strategy, testing roadmap, and learnings.

You will take personal ownership over the role and thrive in a fast-moving environment.Within this role, you will closely collaborate with product squads, creative, and growth marketing teams.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Scale user acquisition and retention on web by building and driving innovative marketing capabilities and campaigns, owning them from ideation to execution and analysis
  • Coordinate projects across multiple product and growth marketing teams including SEM, paid social, SEO, email, and push marketing
  • Measure, analyze, and report performance of all web-specific marketing campaigns and impact on the overall business
  • Review cohorts and user retention, and use insights to better drive your optimization decisions.
  • Launch A / B tests with strong hypotheses to significantly increase conversion rate and engagement metrics
  • Analyze data, heat maps, recordings, and qualitative data to guide all decision making
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online marketing, in a heavily performance driven environment
  • Experienced and knowledgeable across a number of digital marketing channels; primarily SEM, paid social, email, and push.
  • SEO and affiliate marketing experience is a bonus.

  • Experience running A / B tests with tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, Google Optimize or similar tools.
  • Strong grasp of ROI with an analytical mind to mine data for insights and generate hypotheses for constant and fast iteration testing
  • Excellent presentation and slide building skills to showcase learnings, results, and capture interest and attention
  • Thrives working in a very fast paced, rapidly evolving environment
