In Cognizant we are looking for a Field Support to work in a multinational customer related to forestry machinery and diesel engines.
Responsibilities : FSS support to internal customer. Software and Hardware support. Windows, printers, handhelds, videoconference, smart hands for network, datacenter and applications.
Team structure : The person will interact with end users, client, and offshore team members.
Required Skills : Internet, Windows configuration, Printers set up, Networking foundation, Experience with ticket management, SLAs, PCs maintenance, Relationship with third partners, and overall IT concept applied
Technical Skill Set / Technologies : Primary Skill OS Windows / troubleshooting, Secondary Skill Ticket management, ITIL knowledge
English language proficiency : intermediate
Education level : Bachelor s degree
