Responsible for hiring (or contracting), developing, deploying and retaining Project Managers and highly skilled engineers and consultants.
Management accountability for the APS projects in the region including the overall project, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements which may include the engagement of contractors and third parties.
APS Revenue responsibility for the region.
7+ years of team leadership.
Project management experience.
Technical knowledge, ideally with telecommunications, data networking or software engineering
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be comfortable communicating at customer management levels as well as working levels.
Project Management and team leadership.
Must have excellent customer focus and satisfaction skills and work as a team player
Self-starter and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Good English, written and oral
University degree (technical area preferred)
PMP or willingness to pursue.
Agile certification or willingness to pursue.
5 - 8 Years of Experience
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
