Key Customer Specialist

In this position you will be responsible to develop, coordinate and implement a strategic business plan for accounts, institutions, customers and systems of care, that will drive disease awareness and educate customers in collaboration with the Brand Team, MSL s, APM s and the access team.

Mayor Tasks

  • To educate about the access to product, and drive local appropriate patients’ identification.
  • To be responsible for building long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to obtain local customer insights and identify business opportunities for assigned brand and therapeutic area
  • To own the development, implementation and regular updates of customer plans, to achieve business goals
  • To conduct regular business analyses of the local market, opportunities, customers, payers, competition, key partners, legislation, policies
  • To develop an accurate segmentation of customers consistently with the number of patients treated / handled and the physicians' attitude to treatment
  • To map the local patient access flow to provide input into contracting and local access strategies
  • To monitor competitors’ strategy / tactics and use information in business planning
  • To provide inputs to the cross functional team to determine solutions to improve the unified patient journey to achieve product access goals and sales goals
  • To support the implementation of product reimbursement strategies and work cross-function-ally internally to support the update of payers’ policies
  • To engage with external partners to develop long-term partnerships and to favorably influence and lead payers’ policies, as is appropriate and according to compliance guidelines
  • To build key business relationships and discuss company products (as assigned), company programs, and customer specific tactics / programs with key partners and decision makers at assigned accounts
  • To develop advocates through customer insights, demonstrate knowledge of influence network & affiliations to further initiatives
  • To facilitate the education of customers on disease state and services as needed and according to compliance guidelines Ethics and Compliance
  • Who you are

  • 5-7 years in pharmaceutical industry, with experience in health Care environment
  • Deep knowledge of the Health Care System.
  • Solid experience and practices knowledge in Access / Reimbursement
