Mondelez International is looking for : Account Manager Modern Trade

Description :

Drive better supply to key Modern Trade Customers through collaboration strategies, as detailed in the Mondelez Customer Collaboration Model, to :

Maximize Service Level.

Maximize on Shelf Availability.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and follow up customer collaboration initiatives to improve service level and on shelf availability of Mondelez's portfolio in Modern Trade and Cash and Carry customers, whilst to reducing cost to serve.
  • Manage the Customer Collaboration Team, developing their skills and assuring seamless integration with both sales and customer's teams.
  • Provide the company, and mainly the sales team, with accurate visibility of the state of both Mondelez's and Customers' processes and execution.
  • Be and associate part of the MT / C&C sales teams, providing them with insights of Mondelez's and customers' operation.
  • Bring the "voice of Integrated Supply Chain" to the Sales table.

  • Interphase with the OTC and Logistics teams to ensure correct order fulfillment.
  • Bring the "voice of the customer" to the table when necessary.
  • Bring the "voice of Sales" to the table when necessary.
  • Provide information and insights about MDLZ trade inventory to the company.
  • Assist the OTC team in the completion of DSO objectives, and provide information regarding customers operation that could impact in DSO performance.
  • Provide the Demand Planning team with insights of the customers' and MDLZ's operations to help in the demand planning and demand control processes.
  • Education :

    Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related

    W orking Knowledge :

    5 years’ experience in supply chain, preferably in PGC companies.

    At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service in similar companies. Preferable.

    Abilities :

  • Proactive and creative mindset.
  • Mastery of interpersonal abilities, as maintaining good working relationships with both the sales team and the customers is key.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • People management experience is greatly valued.
  • Knowledge of Mondelez SC is greatly valued.
