For international Telcom in CABA we are looking for a Product Manager / Solution Presales (ex TELEFONICA or huge experience with this account) is responsible for technical leading the presales of Fixed network product line(s).

His / her main goal is understand "pains" in the costumer and convert them into a led of bussiness, in order to develop solutions that provides added value to company and customer in order to keep or increase the sales over this product.

RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Promote the product vision, and working closely with customer engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
  • Understand customer's network and find pain points to generate bussiness lead to report to the corresponding Account Manager.
  • Follow the develop of the leads, oportunities and projects with technical levels and report to the corresponding Acount Manager in order to develop a strategy.
  • Lead technically requirements and solution within the biddings, trials and requirements related to corresponding product or solution, ensuring quality answers on time, according to defined strategy.
  • Strong commitment in the work to achieve the deathlines in the bidding.

  • Support to the Account Manager in the NO technical requirements within a bidding.
  • Identify the technical risks in the bidding and the advantages in front of the competitors and pass this information to the corresponding Account Manager.
  • Support technical inquiries related to products on presales stage and perform a clear project handover to postsales team.
  • Support on business key customers identification, cultivate and maintain customer relationship with key customer in the corresponding technical levels, strategy definition, technical negotiations and meetings.
  • Gather technical information related to corresponding product or solution from customers, competitors and market. Pass this information to the corresponding Account Manager for business intelligence purposes.
  • Support other areas gathering information related to business and services.
  • Coordinate with chinese presales, account management, post-sales and product lines teams activities related to pre-sale projects.
  • Get technical approval from customer after suitable technical proposal. Pass the technical proposal to the Account Manager to deliver it to the corresponding contacts persons.
  • SKILLS REQUIREMENTS :

    Bachelor on Telecom / Electric / Informatic / Systems engineering or related majors according with the product line.

  • 5 years of experience on technical sales on related product(s) line.
  • 3 years of experience on mobile telecomm business reviewing new telecomm solutions.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing activities. Consultive sales and marketing activities experience is a plus.
  • Fluent oral and written english.
  • Current relationship with key customers inside TELEFONICA DE ARG.
