The Latin America Marketing Team is responsible for developing and executing all marketing programs and tactics across Latin America and the Caribbean to drive demand generation and sales enablement.
The team oversees all regional marketing strategy, development programs, channel marketing, and campaigns including digital, content generation, thought leadership initiatives, account-based, enablement, customer experiences & events, marketing analytics, and channel partner programs.
The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the organization’s campaign planning, execution, and measurement for campaigns covering defined verticals and solutions.
Working collaboratively with the Latin America marketing team, this position will implement campaigns, promotions, and strategies to drive demand generation and sales enablement to our key audiences.

Key responsibilities include
Support the implementation of the integrated marketing plan and strategies for defined verticals, including audience segmentation, marketing tactics, and media mix recommendations.
Define common campaign structure and elements to be used across Campaigns including but not limited to : Email Automation, Paid Search, Digital Display, Social Media, Events and more.
Work with marketing units to shape campaign strategy.Coordinate with key functions as they fulfill the programs that comprise a campaign (marketing ops, call center, sales enablement, marketing analytics), and the tactics that comprise these programs.
Develop Ad Hoc reports on campaign performance
Knowledge Requirements :
Experience creating marketing plans and integrated marketing strategies to drive tangible results via a demand waterfall.
Experience working with digital media and social marketing platforms as well as online search strategies to drive leads.Agency experience is a plus.
Experience working with marketing automation systems.Ability to understand marketing data and analysis while developing plans to adjust tactics from these insights.
Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and the different phases of the customer journeyUnderstanding of solution-selling approach into targeted vertical markets.
Google Analytics and Data Studio Reports knowledge and experience will be highly considered.
Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field.Strong agency management experience.A proactive approach to problem identification and resolution.
Ability to meet tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects simultaneouslyA high degree of critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, ability to learn and apply new concepts and technologies in a wide variety of analytics, marketing, and customer-centric disciplinesGreat interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
