The role of Senior Designer, Digital Assurance within EY’s Experience Design Group team, is to work closely with EY’s Global Assurance team and EY’s Client Technology Team to :
Enable the development through design for the digital audit offering; including supporting market facing activities
Support the development of audit technology through advice, guidance and design for UI / UX and marketing collateral
Support the Global Assurance Wavespace program through experience design
Providing direct support for Global Assurance team on top end audit pursuits
What are you going to do?
Collaborate with our Global Assurance and Client Technology teams, including key stakeholders to enable the development and execution of the client facing offering that underpins EY’s digital audit
Support the Experience Design Group with the development of the design framework and visual identity for our Assurance digital offerings
Collaborate with EY’s Brand, Marketing & Communications teams to strengthen our visual identity
Provide support to our Global Assurance team across top end pursuits, embedding the consistent digital audit approach across major audit opportunities.
Develop, implement and embed creative design and innovative delivery mechanisms (presentations, workshop enablement, pursuit materials, thought leadership and external communications outputs) to bring our Digital Assurance offer to life
Play a key role in enabling our Global Assurance Wavespace program of innovation worksh
Help to set the design standard, guide and then coach stakeholders across EY’s design network and stakeholders (including UX, UI and graphic designers) to implement a consistent, market leading visual identity for all Digital Assurance graphic design including technology platforms, data visualizations and marketing collateral
Support our Global Assurance Digital team in delivering program management, reporting and KPI management to monitor and communicates progress to internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to the multi-year change management strategy to drive digital audit across Global Assurance and embed as a consistent way of working across all accounts
Drive realistic expectations, but cultivate a meet and exceed’ environment

Given considerable discretion in making decisions concerning design activity and opportunities, faces challenges that arise across program workstreams and takes accountability for embedding a consistent and winning design offering for Digital Assurance with clients.
Assimilate information and perspectives from multiple sources to create a cohesive piece of work
Use in depth knowledge of EY, our digital audit offering and of client organizations, markets, industry and competition to anticipate complex issues and identify solutions
The role may involve direct supervision of others. The role is expected to advise, coach and influence others across our global organization and when engaging with account and pursuit teams.
The role is also expected to commission projects and activity from our Core Business Services teams in support of our Digital Assurance design initiative.
The role is expected to influence key stakeholders to achieve objectives. The role involves both close team collaboration and also considerable autonomy
