Better starts and ends with the customer
You will be a strategic partner between the business and prospective clients, focusing on making our digital business grow through new and expanded partnerships.
We’ll look to you to be responsible for anticipating, analyzing and aligning the product with the Commercial Management’s strategic objectives.
You’ll define the product road-map with different stakeholders and the KIPI’s to the product aligned with company-. You will develop, maintain and improve relationships translating the customer needs and business directions into solutions, driving those solutions across internal teams such as compliance, legal, purchasing, engineering and marketing.
Also, you’ll work together to coordinate the product life cycle. You will also manage our client needs and resolve issues, monitor the project progress and prepare reports.
Also, you’ll have a relationship with digital providers and payment solutions to create or resolve different issues. The key is the communication with different stakeholders and providers to align the digital product to the business objectives.
You will need to have 2-5 years of experience within the financial industry or Fintech and be a confident presenter with respect to product owner or product Manager.
You’ll need experience in product management and digital technologies (exclusive). You’ll have knowledge in agile methodologies (desirable).
You will possess an array of interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision making and conflict resolution skills.
You will be proactive and have the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management. You’ll need intermediate / advanced English and advanced Excel.
You’ll need a degree or to be a university student in marketing or related.
