Within Enterprise Technology, the Transformation Office provides oversight of key ground-breaking initiatives and acts as the gatekeeper for ideation to ensure continued alignment to ET strategic objectives.
The Transformation Office inspires, motivates change and accelerates a cultural shift in ET’s ways of working. It establishes transformation portfolio management standards and drives business performance, PM resource management, coordinates complex stakeholders and manages select priority initiatives.
You will lead a hardworking team responsible for measuring and driving end-to-end process and business performance across the ET organization to track critical metrics and delivery of the transformation agenda.
You will provide consistent visibility and oversight which will also enable timely and effective interventions where performance is off-track, identify where improvements need to be made, and where there are opportunities for further efficiencies.
