You will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase awareness of and engagement with the products we create for software developers (SDKs, APIs, etc.
and drive traffic to our webpages and other online properties. Candidates for this role should be creative, have excellent English writing skills, and have either a strong grasp on the software developer buyer persona and / or a willingness to learn more about this target audience quickly and in great depth.
Design social media strategies and content to achieve global marketing targets for our software developer buyers and users.
Create and maintain a social and digital editorial calendar for developers based on industry themes and trends.
Execute on this calendar by creating and publishing original, high-quality content.
Manage and monitor IQVIA Developer social media channels, including Twitter ( IQVIA developer), LinkedIn (developer content for IQVIA Technologies), and YouTube (developer content for IQVIA Technologies), ensuring high engagement.
Work with Director of Developer Marketing to build strong digital developer communities on key developer sites like Reddit, Stack Overflow, Slack, Medium, etc.
Collaborate with Director of Developer Marketing to create social and digital buzz regarding new product launches and ongoing marketing campaigns
Build and maintain strong networks with industry professionals via social and other digital media.
Facilitate ongoing communications with our developer communities (respond to queries, get reviews, and organize Q&A sessions).
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on social and digital engagement and ROI.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Remain up-to-date on latest developer tools and social media best practices.
Support other areas of Developer Marketing execution on an as-needed basis.
The position is fully home-based (remote) and can be located anywhere in Argentina.
At least 4 years of work experience as a social and / or digital media strategist / manager.
Proven ability to use social and digital media to grow awareness, build engagement, and support conversion.
Understanding of social and digital media analytics, including engagement, SEO, and web traffic.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite.
Excellent English writing skills.
BA in Marketing or another relevant field.
Proactive nature and eagerness to learn new things.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
