ArgentinaJob ID : 18WD29458 Position Overview Reporting to the Subscription Sales Executive, the Inside Sales Executive is responsible for driving maintenance and subscription renewals prior to plan expiration, with the ability to identify new business to be closed through Autodesk partners, while meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets. Responsibilities

  • Strong cold calling skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Conduct outbound customer calls with a required minimum number of calls daily
  • Ability to identify key decision makers
  • Understand customer issues and requirements in order to recommend a specific Autodesk subscription offering based on Autodesk’s business model transformation
  • Increase sales and average subscription transaction size by up-selling, add-on sale and cross-selling
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Autodesk subscription offerings including maintenance plans, subscription offerings, Cloud Service Subscription, and Advanced Support
  • Maintain strong understanding of promotions and campaigns related to doing business with Autodesk
  • Use to document all customer opportunities and customer activity
  • Maintain opportunities using probability definitions embedded to categorize opportunities accordingly to accurately forecast against plans and targets weekly
  • Build strong relationships for business planning with extended team
  • Respond to partner and customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Fluent in local Spanish and English
  • Familiarity with sales process and certain selling methodologies i.e. TAS
  • Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining upbeat and positive at all times
  • Strong work ethic : Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented
  • Highly proficient computer skills including internet, SFDC, email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn
  • Ability to think outside the box as needed with an instinct for innovation
  • BA degree a plus but not required
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM Software preferred
