Maru Matchbox a Maru Group company is pushing the boundaries of the customer market insights by unifying deep sector expertise with cloud based customer insights communities helping clients better understand what motivates their customers and influences their markets so they can act decisively and win To get there we need exceptionally talented bright and driven people System Operations Executive This is a key role which will support the business vision of painting better pictures smarter and faster and drive profitable business growth Missions and objectives are centered on providing outstanding support to internal and external customers and acting as the face of our internal proprietary technology HUB Purpose The System team will be the first point of call for all internal reported bugs user error alerts encountered by business units and any user queries generated by external customers utilizing the various capabilities of HUB The prime purpose of this team is enable the Client Services and Research Operations teams to focus on client strategic deliverables and for external clients to self serve and gain true value from our tools This will result on a better service to our clients and free up time within client facing resources They will also contribute to the continual improvement of the Maru processes by being system experts and advising accordingly Working closely with various teams across Maru to ensure that all types of customer queries are managed and resolved effectively and appropriate documentation is up to date Responsibilities Checking issues that come into the System team to triage respond or pass to appropriate teams Feed into the ldquo Feedback loop rdquo identifying ldquo gotchas rdquo and better ways of setting up projects and solutions to constantly improve our processes Feed into best practice documents as appropriate Seek opportunities to upskill personally enhancing understanding of new processes and features project delivery QA best practice etc Personal Development Triage of support issues raised Product testing Project QA Troubleshooting and investigating bugs Proofreading system documentation and best practice documentation Ad hoc support of immediate and wider team Qualifications Must be fluent in English both written and oral Only resumes submitted in English will be reviewed Ideally with 1 years rsquo experience with similar software based roles Strong investigative skills Curious mind with a passion for problem solving Strong personal development and drive to improve Exceptional attention to detail at all times Analytically minded highly numerate and literate People orientated able to establish a rapport quickly positive and professional in a fast moving business A sound understanding of the Internet and troubleshooting different browsers Flexible regarding working hours Behaviours 1 Create resourceful and collaborate effectively to develop the best solutions Creative thinking to drive solutions and improvements for the clients and the business foster a culture of collaboration and team working problem solving curiosity 2 Excel continually raise standards to achieve amazing results whilst inspiring others Growth oriented winning mentality inspiring self motivated drive to improve 3 Impact positively influence others and use good judgement to deliver smart outcomes ability to influence negotiate and network at senior levels passion 4 Energy enthusiastic and determined and you encourage others to accomplish important work
