Job Title : Agreement Manager

Level : Pricing Specialist Level 3

Location : Australia


Position Summary

The Agreement Manager is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and approving Special Price Requests for assigned Industry verticals utilizing data analytics generated from DGS within an Industry Affinity model and within Delegation of Authority Limits.

As directed by a functional Team Lead and with moderate supervision, this individual will utilize standard analytical tools, Policies & Procedures to drive data driven decisions when approving and / or renewing Customer Special Price Agreements.

Essential Functions

  • Utilize data driven analytics via DGS to review and approve special pricing requests for assigned Industry verticals within stated Delegation of Authority limits and Internal Control policies and procedures
  • Interface with Sales, Distributors, Product and Business Unit Managers for the purposes of escalating Special Price Requests and provide data driven facts to support your recommendation
  • Review customer Temporary Pricing Agreements and associated Agreement Modifications
  • Execute Outlier Management initiatives within stated guidelines
  • Analyze data and make pricing recommendations for temporary, project related agreements
  • Achieve AOP Price Variance goals
  • Support Sales in the planning and execution of negotiations
  • Support special Pricing programs and Marketing promotions
  • Leadership

  • Basic Education Requirements


  • Full time Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred Education

  • Data Analytics, Business Economics, Engineering, or Finance
  • Preferred Experience

  • Data analysis and modeling within an industrial business-to-business environment or equivalent educational or job-related experience
  • Data driven Pricing experience.
  • Sales or Product Management experience
  • 5-8 years industrial business-to-business or Marketing experience or equivalent
