Purpose / Role Mission : Develop and implement local market access strategies for all key assets, working closely with country cross-
functional team and Global Market Access Team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Maintain an excellent level of expertise on local access legislation and local competitive intelligence (competitor pricing and market access)
Quality of the decision for pricing and access proposals
Understand payer (national and sub-national, as applicable) requirements and priorities, and provide input into global strategy through local payer insights.
Develop a cross-functionally integrated local market annual access, plan, across all payers that consider global deliverables and local requirements and payer dynamics to address access issues.
Collaborate with HEOR in development of reimbursement dossiers (where applicable) and follow up on pending processes.
Develop and promote win-win solutions for negotiations with payers.
Coordinate with local HEOR to review the adequacy of global models to meet local customer needs.
Coordinate with KAMs to support the inclusion of Pfizer assets in formularies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop and implement market access strategy at a national level for in line and new products to support Brand Strategies.
Collaborate in pricing strategy working closely with the Pricing coordinator.
Closely work with HEOR Manager to assist in developing Outcomes Research if any.
Adapt global value dossier (GVD) and build on their basis as well as on the basis of local clinical data internal and external documentation, materials and dossier for local inclusion & reimbursement.
Assist Brand Teams in evidence generation and documentation.
Provide support to KAMs and Market Access team.
Set up & develop relations with key internal and external stakeholders.
Follow up the legislative & environmental changes; align and implement market access strategies in line with the new developments to create new opportunities or to protect access to treatments.
Analyze access drivers to inform product and business development decisions.
Assessment of the adequacy of global deliverables and tools to local payer needs.
Preparation of local access deliverables. (e.g. Reimbursement materials).
Construct the Payer Value Proposition / Key messages for products both in development and the current portfolio.
Understand external opportunities and threats for current portfolio and products in development.
Provide continuous country market access support for existing and new products.
Develop a strategy for inclusion of company products to obtain reimbursement together with the Coss-Functional team.
Identify, shape and deliver proposals for target accounts.
Create and implement projects to enhance and ensure easier access to Pfizer treatments by patients.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED
Academic degree (Economics; Business; Medical)
Proficiency in English at a fluent level.
Experience in pharmaceutical Industry / Health Care
Experience in working with high-cost products will be highly valued
