GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews strategy with executive management to ensure consistency with evolving corporate goals.
Ensure governance is upheld
Develops sales tools and messages to support value capture and pricing position.Leverages internal and external data sources to refresh existing value propositions and create new ones.
Defines and maintains price lists and other tools for internal use in crafting proposals and other communications.
Updates pricing strategies for evolving competitive capabilities and pricing intelligence, business objectives, cost trends, value proposition and client and consultant perspectives.
Facilitate development of new product pricing and process, in particular local products in each LATAM market such as factoring.
Ensures product pricing of all products is aligned with overall pricing and business strategy.Conduct profitability, price sensitivity, risk and scenario analysis and identify strategic opportunities for price optimisation, via a team of direct reports and other stakeholdersDirect pricing projects and initiatives to generate incremental revenue for the businessDefines, recommends and implements projects that increase understanding of FIS’s value in the market and our ability to capture it.
Coordinates efforts to collect and leverage competitive intelligence
Support the local alliance team to understand revenue share calculations with partners in different countries.Identify revenue & savings opportunities understanding local scheme initiatives / mandates.
Managing stakeholders within Finance, Commercial and technical communitiesEstablishing a center of expertise for the prediction and maintenance of customer profitabilityLeverages cross-company network to collect information necessary for pricing and influences cross-functional teams and other diverse groups to create and implement successful strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

Establishes operational objectives and work plans and collaborates with others. Objectives are reviewed by senior management to determine success of operation.
This role is involved in developing, modifying and executing company policies that affect immediate operations. Works on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organization objectives, implements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results, and establishes and ensures adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements.
Regularly interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas and / or customers.
Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations without damage to the relationship.
This level requires the ability to communicate with all levels of management. Typically requires ten years pricing related experience including pricing management, methods and techniques, financial analysis and / or marketing research.
