Mondelez International is looking for : Learning Activator

Description :

Develop activities focus on Education and Training aim to meet the requirements from client’s areas, to collaborate with proposal development and ensure all procedures from HR politics define by company.

Responsibilities :

  • Training needs management.
  • Develop internal training instructors / Coach.
  • Responsible for the elaboration and management of the Annual Training Plan.
  • Be technical and behavioral training instructor.
  • Responsible for the implementation of training and development programs for leadership.
  • Management of Key Performance Indicators from Education and Training.
  • Education and Training Pillar Leader.
  • Ensure the implementation of education and training tools as defined by LA Pillar E&T.
  • Self-development programs management.
  • Budget responsible.
  • Ensure the implementation of the Pillar according IL6S methodology.
  • Provide support to the plant IL6S initiative as required this could range from support and coordination to leadership of aspects of an IL6S pillar.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of Education and Training processes across the team.
  • Develop and implement robust Onboarding and induction plan for new members, train / retrain, coach and guide team to adhere to harmonized HR processes and ensure refresher training in functional domains.
  • Collaborates effectively across HR both locally and LA.
  • Qualifications

    Academic Knowledge : University Degree or related required (Administration, Psychology, Engineering and others).Desirable Master Degree.

  • Working Knowledge : 5 or more years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources or Training and Development. Abilities : Advanced English;
  • Intermediary Spanish.Desirable Lean Six Sigma or TPM knowledge and Education and Training Pillar.Education and Training Methodology.
