Job Description

The Americas Center of Excellence Marketing team is responsible for developing & executing on global marketing & communications strategies that result in Intel strengthening its industry leadership voice and perception as a key technology leader in areas such as 5G, Cloud, Edge, AI.

The Campaign Manager is chartered to develop and maintain technology leadership campaign and marketing strategies content, campaign, social / digital, events, etc.

in support of business objectives through strategic go-to-market plans and processes. Communicates marketing campaign strategy proposals with senior management, geographies and business unit marketing teams to drive consistency in messaging and activation.

Coordinates with key stakeholders worldwide to ensure the overall campaign implementation is aligned to the recommended strategy.

The Campaign Manager will bring marketing and communications strategies to life through content creation and impactful and tightly integrated campaigns to drive opinion among key ecosystem stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing campaigns from strategy to program execution including plan development and activation, monitoring performance and developing KPIs and metrics.

In this position, you will be responsible for working across business units delivering key technologies and marketing campaigns across (web, social media, media, events, channel, creative, etc.

to help create and drive Intel's technology leadership.

The Campaign Manager will collaborate very closely across a virtual team of business marketing strategists. The manager will ensure all stakeholders are aligned to objectives, target audience, messaging, and integrate across functions to ensure that all efforts come together as a unified campaign.

Responsibilities :

  • Creates and drives content and approach of a successful tech leadership campaign and activations internationally.
  • Takes ownership of working with multiple stakeholders including marketing strategists, BU technical leads, Country leads, Marketing groups & agency experts to create a carefully crafted activation plans to reach our target audiences tied into the tracking of campaign metrics with a variety of new and experimental approaches.
  • Drives and manages high performing campaign tactics, content and call to action assets. Regularly tracks, consolidates and communicates results and suggests optimization based on results.
  • Manages and tracks external agencies, campaign budget, understands how it has been allocated; opens and creates relevant POs with COE, Country, Agency and BU stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills required, with experience creating and delivering influential presentations to senior levels of management inside & outside of Intel.
  • Strong campaign experience in developing content and delivery channels (digital, social, etc)
  • Extreme responsiveness and ability to adapt to change.
  • Motivation to continue learning about digital marketing trends; passion and drive to understand and participate in industry events with relevant education in this area.
  • A successful candidate must possess :

  • Deep understanding of integrated campaign design and implementation.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and influence across multiple groups / divisions to get results, drive initiatives independently with minimal direction and develop strong partnerships.

  • Qualifications

    You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships and / or work experience.

    Minimum Qualifications :

  • BA / BS degree with minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology industry marketing.
  • 4+ years of experience working with PR / AR and digital / social teams.
  • Languages - Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in communications / 5G / networks / AI and core computing technologies is a distinct advantage.
  • Track record of delivering integrated campaigns in Intel environment is a distinct advantage.
  • Portuguese would also be an added advantage.
