This position is part of the 3M Finance Business Partners de la Region SoCo and helps providing proactive and strategic insights and analysis on sales and Profits to help grow the business.
The FP&A will work closely with the Business Team and Supporting also Staff Areas.
Reporting to the FBP Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions :
Provide recommendations to Marketing and Finance Teams on actions needed to drive sales and improve (gross) margins.
Provide on-going sales reporting and analysis with clear and actionable variance analysis including sales driver analysis (e.
g. Price / Cost / Mix analysis, etc.), budgeting and forecasting.
Provide strategic and commercial support on Marketing projects as well as other Ad-hoc projects to help cross-functional teams on decision making.
e-g Developing new business models, improving existing ones).
Analysis of KPI's in order to implement commercial actions and measure impact and result.
Job requires high level influencing skills for day-to-day interactions with business partners and cross functional teams
Support on the periodic reporting to the headquarters (P&L Forecast and ongoing analysis) :
What are we looking for :
Bachelor's degree in relevant studies, e.g. Finance & Accounting.
Experience working as a Business Controller / Sales Controller / FP&A in a multinational company.
Advanced English level preferred
Excellent Excel skills.
Experience in databases (e.g. Access, VBA and Business Intelligence tools, Power BI Tool).
Will be based on Argentina
