Manage the Reporting cycle independently to provide ACLC and Learning Leadership a fair picture of the impact of the Connected Classroom initiative.

Define and manage timelines for completing the various processes in the Reporting Cycle.+ Outlook Reporting 20th of a month+ Training Utilization report 30th of month+ Training Forecast by end of month+ Adhoc reportsExecute PMO tasks associated with the ACLC project in a timely manner+ Maintain the new WordPress site+ Work with Value partners, and other stakeholders to keep the site up to date+ Conduct review of content on WordPress every 6 months+ Kick offs, Decommissions, moves and Go Lives follow through on next steps+ Maintain documentation and standards around the ACLC project+ Maintain all documents used on WordPress site in a SharePointKey Areas of Responsibility+ Publish Monthly, Quarterly, YTD reports to Leadership and other stakeholders managing trainings and other events in the ACLC rooms+ Provide adhoc reports to clients and stakeholders+ Keep WordPress site updated.

  • Work with Value Partners and other teams to get updates on new locations, moves decommissions.+ Update trackers and other documentation part of ACLC project.
  • Increasing Utilization of ACLC rooms+ Data Analysis use data sets to predict utilization of ACLC rooms to help keep tab on FY target, use historic data to understand monthly trends in different regions locations, use historic data to make decisions like adding moving decommissioning ACLC rooms, Month on month check on utilization numbers to keep tab on issues like data sync with Outlook and EMS.
  • Along with analysis provide recommendations to gain desired results.+ Fixing Issues in Reporting+ Client connects and Adhoc customized reports+ Customer service focus.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint management (particularly excel).+ Structured analytical thinking skills, good attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal, written) - Fluent (oral and written) in English. Upper Intermediate Level.+ Advanced Organizational and time management skills, project management experience.
  • Ability to escalate issues effectively.+ Good knowledge and understanding of Accenture Business and reporting tools.+ Ability to work in a virtual environment.
  • Understanding of Accenture business practices and culture.+ Experience in HR Process Management.+ Negotiation skills.
