  • Better requires process, discipline, and simplification As Buyer, you’ll be in charge of guaranteeing the fulfillment of the delivery of purchases and contracts for our internal areas;
  • you’ll ensure the supply and closing of tenders according to times and expectations coordinated with the user area. Also, you’ll bid, negotiate, execute and competitively manage agreements with suppliers.

    That include the specification (the request for proposal) and the active participation in the preparation of contractual documents.

    You’ll be responsible for assembling and comparison analysis of prices and awards. You’ll elaborate alternative scenarios and negotiation strategies.

    Besides, you’ll work with internal areas to understand needs, identify new suppliers, products, improve prices, discounts, payment conditions, delivery, etc.

    You’ll provide support to internal areas in the operational processes of preparation of Purchase Orders and bidding processes.

    Also, you’ll review and approval of purchase orders. Another important part of the role is reporting, you’ll prepare Management Reports : KPI, Savings & Cost Avoidance.

    You’ll establish and enforce sourcing & procurement policies and procedures. For this role, you will need more than 4 years of experience in similar role and it’s good to have IT knowledge.

    You’ll need a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineer or related. You’ll need experience and negotiations and agreements skills with suppliers.

    You’ll possess strong analytical and strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills. You’ll be results-oriented, assertive communication, dynamism and proactivity to meet delivery deadlines.

    You’ll be a team player who focuses on the results to contribute to the team’s goals. It’s required advanced English level, knowledge in Oracle ERP, advanced Excel, purchasing platforms (exclusive), SAP.
