To integrate into the South American teamwithin the expanding Projects Division of the company, a rapid-growth businessunit with global scope and high-added value. The candidate will :

oPlay a keyrole in establishing the viability of multi-million USD PV projects for a solarmarket leader

oWorkautonomously and have a complete combination of business and technical skills

oHave theopportunity to make a direct impact on the company's growth, profitability and marketpresence

Requisitos

Utility-scalePV Projects :

  • Focus ongrowing the CSI business in utility power markets through the origination ofnew customers and projects, co-development or project acquisition (fromGreenfield to Ready to Build Status)
  • Creating documentsfor internal and external project assessments.
  • Selection and negotiationof agreements with local suppliers and consultants.
  • Providefeedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Interface withEngineering Team to reach conceptual design, preliminary engineering, initialenergy modelling as well as determine the feasibility of electricalinterconnection.
  • Interface withFinance Team on inputs into project financial model and in project financingprocess.
  • Managing allthe preparation of offers for public or private tenders. Managing all projectdevelopment areas : land rights;
  • Permits, Licenses and Authorizations (PLAs),connection rights

  • Interactingwith all involved local players (developers, authorities, EPCs, utilities,advisors, lenders, investors ).
  • Monitoringproject development status, leading local project relationships and driving projectprogress.
  • Essential Skills :

  • Understandingof local energy regulation in the Region.
  • Experiencewith connection projects in Transmission companies
  • Experience onnegotiating Power Purchase Agreements.
  • Understandingof Solar PV technologies and project value chain. Specialization in projectmanagement.
  • Willingness toregularly travel internationally within the Region.
  • Knowledge ofelectrical equipment, automation, protection relays, SCADA and telecommunication.
  • General :

  • Interacts witha global team in a high-growth business division.
  • Represents thecompany’s brand to world leading commercial partners.
  • Documentscommercial, legal and financial processes and ensures high data accuracy.
  • Ensurescompliance to internal procedures and policies and external regulation and standards .
