Job DescriptionResponsible for effective execution of all operational transactions related to compensationServe as subject matter expert, apply skills & knowledge of one or more HR processes and associated tools.

Help apply global guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologiesMaximize the effectiveness of the compensation process and procedures and implement systematic measures that ensure compliance with Accenture standardsProactively assist in creating Dashboards, MS Access Database, Macro enabled files for simplification & automation.

Act as a day-to-day compensation interface for assigned country / Geography and COEs Establish and build relationships with multiple internal / external teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Type of Experience
  • At least five or seven years of experience in a similar position
