  • Job responsibilities

  • Leads the data management team by reviewing and managing workloads, priorities, and general support.
  • Sets performance goals and objectives and provides to appropriate leadership; conducts performance evaluations / reviews.
  • Facilitates routine meetings & discussions with team to ensure goal achievement and efficiencies, while escalating to management if known roadblocks or challenges exist.
  • Manages employee performance, including issues management and delivery of appropriate corrective action as needed.
  • Manages and guides team on complex data entries but not limited to entries in HRIS.
  • Helps, advices and trains the team about best practices for HRIS data entry & maintenance.
  • Designs, implements and executes Data Management quality control audits.
  • Ensures Stakeholder and quality management : identifying process efficiencies, ensuring high quality and accuracy of data, and identify / implement process automation.
  • Maintains HRIS systems by maintaining data integrity; identifying, researching, and analyzing problems; implementing improvements;
  • updating training manuals, user guides.

  • Partners with HCM to research new enhancements and education opportunities on a regular basis.
  • Provides an excellent customer experience by investigating and resolving errors quickly and efficiently.
  • Partners with HR and IT members to ensure data integrity in HR technology tools, making recommendations as necessary to support the accurate entry and maintenance of data.
  • Other similar and / or related duties as may be assigned per business needs
  • Qualifications

    What we’re looking for

  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent in Business or HR preferred and fluent English.
  • Experience leading HRIS team.
  • Experience including data entry, quality control and audits, system maintenance, good understanding system integrations.
  • Strong critical and analytical skills. Experience with functional analysis and troubleshooting
  • Working experience with business intelligence / analytics tools such as Tableau, MACROS or Power BI
  • Demonstrated coaching and counseling skills used to influence and change individual employee behavior.
  • Demonstrated organizational, prioritization and time management skills; experience building daily / weekly structure in schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and motivate collaborative teams.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to listen, thoughtfully solve problems, and realize successful, collaborative results.
  • Acts in an Ethical and Compliant manner and requires other to do the same
