Customer Service Role Description Buenos Aires.

Order management activities related to Order Scrub releases, status and changes in SAP.

Resolve internal Stakeholders and customer requests through CRM.

Investigate issues with different support teams and handle clients s tools.

Support customer claims due to shipping incidents Identify the process claimed and follow up with relevant team until resolution.

Ensure that weekly reports are sent as per agreed to provide visibility of order shipment behavior.

Coordinate resolution of technical issues Tools access creation, reactivation or technical issues

Advice recommend customer on the self service options and Microsoft tools.

Process credits and debits in SAP

Participate on calls with stakeholders to understand and help support business needs

Provide support on account management information and tool maintenance for customers.

Identify opportunities on the different portions of the process and propose improvements.
